As I reached my limit for the week I deleted the last post so that I can replace with this one.

Looking back to "my" posts in ActiveRain, I was little disappointed to see that not all are the way I would like them to be. I guess I was always rushing and posting thinks that found worth to bring up to the general attention in the community. But after reading other members posts I realized that mine are missing that personal touch and my own experience.
I am a little hesitant because I am not sure that I have enough experience to share my own ideas and also because I doubt my own writing skills... In other words not feeling confident to open up. After all I am very new in the real estate field and still have a lot to learn, before adventuring into exposing my knowledge's. I don't mind criticism, if constructive. I don't mind disagreeing, if passionate and relevant. I don't mind any of that at all. All I care about is SUBSTANCE and PROFESSIONALISM.
Out of outmost respect for this wonderful community of professionals whom the time and value is at the essence, I will do my best to bring here, at this forum... CONTENT, more content.
I found very helpful to stay focused on the guideline below:
ActiveRain Community Guidelines
- Have fun with the site. Don't be afraid to dig in! There's a lot to do and learn here.
- Let ActiveRain staff and other members know what you are thinking. Member feedback is essential to our continued growth and development
- Get connected. At first ActiveRain may seem, both at the same time; so big that you could never be heard, and so small and cliquish that you will never be a part of it. Everyone experiences this phenomenon. Our suggestion is to start off slow; read blogs, then start commenting on posts that interest you, and once you feel ready, blog away!
