Flu Vaccine for all active Realtors... Nevada-Las Vegas

Flu Vaccine

The single best way to protect against the flu is to get vaccinated each year.

  • The "flu shot"-an inactivated vaccine (containing killed virus) that is given with a needle, usually in the arm. The flu shot is approved for use in people older than 6 months, including healthy people and people with chronic medical conditions.

Each vaccine contains three influenza viruses-one A (H3N2) virus, one A (H1N1) virus, and one B virus. The viruses in the vaccine change each year based on international surveillance and scientists' estimations about which types and strains of viruses will circulate in a given year.

HMC (Harmon Medical Center) will provide the current flu vaccine to any active Realtor® for the entire month of November for only $15.00.

The facility located at 150 East Harmon (directly behind Planet Hollywood - formerly Aladdin) is open 24/7.

A Realtor® member may show their NAR identification or Nevada Real Estate License for this special rate.

My wife works in schools and gets one every year. I figured I'm not around kids all day and didn't need one. Wrong! I had the flu for 3 weeks - not going to happen this year. I highly recommend that everyone get their flu shot!

It is definitely a good idea to get a flu shot every year.  It stinks to be sick.  That is for sure.

Hi Arina,  Why does the Harmond Medical give flu shots to Realtors® at a reduced rate?  I talked about flu shots a week or so back.  My daughter is pregnant and she needed to get a different kind at the doctor's office--she said it doesn't have the preservative in it.   That is the same for babies.
