"Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It's not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it's when you've had everything to do, and you've done it." - Margaret Thatcher
Some days, going to work as a real estate agent feels like running a marathon. On the other hand, there are some Realtors who really run marathons or participate in other incredible physical events, while having successful practices.

For the top-producing agents to have become as successful as they are they have constantly been willing to embrace change, try new approaches, and continually reinvent themselves along their path to incredible success in their real estate sales careers. Mediocre agents, on the other hand, have fallen into a certain predictable routine in their real estate business and they are simply not very motivated to make changes to that routine. Yes, they would love to make big money---who wouldn't love to make big money? But in the end when all is said and done the mediocre agents would rather have the comfort of the day-to-day routine that they have established in their business than embrace change and try something new. That's why they continue to be mediocre.
The rules determine what you must do to win. Knowing the RULES of the Real Estate Game is critically important. Dramatic changes in our industry over the last 10 years have rendered the old rules obsolete. What created success in the past will not yield the same results today.
