I don't know about you..."all out there", but for the past several months my real estate activity is going way down. I have hard time to sell about anything. No matter how much I push my listings on all top Real Estate Listing Services, how much I spend in Advertising, it still remains very slow ... to the point of demise.
I don't know if I touched a "taboo" subject posting these here, but I would greatly value any advise or acknowledgment of any kind, that is light at the end of the tunnel.
I predict that you'll advise me to get more research on he market trends and utilize the tool we have available in pin pointing the right asking price on the properties... Easy to say but the bottom line is the customers view in how much down they can go, the extra mile they have to take, in order to sell their property.
Almost thinking to move my business to other State... Good idea?

No need to move. Unless I'm mistaken, you're in one of the "better" areas for real estate sales this year.
Fact is, real estate is in the pits almost everywhere.
