Good morning! May I trouble you for a cup of coffee... and a good blog on the site?

It becomes my routine every day first in the morning to grab my cofee and turn on the computer. Cannot function without my cofee and reading of daily information on... ActiveRain!

But how do you lke your cofee?... I like mine black with sugar, milk and a piece of toast. Thank you!...

A black coffee contains virtually no calories. Milk is one of the reasons some cups of coffee had so many calories... But cannot leave without it!

Coffee cup The coffee you grab in the morning may contain up to a fifth of your daily recommended calories, a study says.

Researchers said lashings of full-fat milk, cream and chocolate are the culprits with a skimmed milk cappuccino weighing in at fewer than 30 calories.

One mocha coffee made with full-fat milk added up to 396 calories, and the same coffee with semi-skimmed milk - but topped with whipped cream - contained 326.

One skimmed milk café latte tested contained 71 calories, while a "skinny" cappuccino, with more froth and less milk, had only 27.

Whatever you choice just enjoy your coffee, don't think about points, calories and all those... just come around and let's start blooging.

It's a single party person's house... Wow!

The 2008 San Francisco Decorator Showcase house

"Wow" is the initial impression upon venturing beyond the unassuming facade of 2820 Scott St. San Francisco... built in 1905. The Italianate-style mansion of 16,000 square feet was elegantly embellished for a 1915 visit from Marie, queen of Romania. A grand entry features exquisitely carved ceilings and a fountain, with just a glimpse of the Tiffany skylight above the grand staircase. Wow, wow, wow...............

But, the mansion was most recently a boarding house - the high-end kind, with a French chef and boarders that at one time included Jerry Brown. Ken Paige, of the Paige Glass Co. family business, undertook a complete renovation beginning when his family bought the house in 2005.

There's extensive restoration under way of moldings, new floors are yet to come throughout, and the kitchen and bathrooms have yet to be installed.

All this, for 38-year-old son Matt, who is single, but, Paige says, "It's a single party person's house." Wow, wow, wow...

Have you ever seen such a beauty? - Beautiful blooming tree on Magnolia Street - LARKSPUR, CA

Somewhere in my childhood I had a beautiful image of a Street named "Cherry-Tree Lane "

"If you want to find Cherry-Tree Lane all you have to do is ask the Policeman at the cross-roads" ... Merry Poppins

Since then I was always looking for that magic street where glorious trees would explode into hundreds of pink shades in the spring time...and I found it!

The street name this time is Magnolia Ave. and goes across a small obscure town in Marin County - San Francisco - named LARKSPUR.

Incredible display of beauty along a large street of @ 2miles. Incredible at this time of the year. They come in all shapes, colors and sizes.

This is a tree the oldest and biggest tree in town... impossible to catch the beauty and size of it in a simple picture.

I share few pictures with you and hope to give you a small glimpse of the beauty and magic of the place... It is pure magic
