Redesigned Residential Rental Property Type

 

On June 11th the newly redesigned Residential Rental Property type will be implemented in MLXchange. Please keep in mind that you will be required to complete the new fields when either inputting of modifying your listings.

To download the new residential Rental Data Input Worksheet, please go to the MLXchange Home Page right hand side under MLS Resources/Service & Tools then click on Data Input Worksheets. You can also download the forms directly from LasVegasRealtor.com.
