Secret Google Cell Phone!... G-Phone

Google may soon unveil a breakthrough innovation, its new G phone. Rumor says it could happen as soon as 2008. The Google phone could be a truly smart phone, with fast web surfing, geo targeting, and a true user community experience. It may run on any cellular network. Calls in a WiFi area may be free. It may come with an open-platform operating system, to encourage third-party development and more new services. Eventually, it might even include speech recognition. When it comes, and it is coming, the Google phone will knock the wireless cell phone market on its sweet patootie.

Does Google have what it takes to build the G phone? We can see the potential for the Google phone, if we watch Google grow, as its acquisitions brought remarkable technology into the Googleplex. Google is building its G phone fast and furiously.

Boca Raton Condominiums recently hosted a reception for its home buyers, as well as for their families and friends. Jerry Peterson, managing partner for the project, said the occasion served to thank the buyers for their support and to give them an opportunity to get acquainted.

The reception was held at a restaurant, which was decorated with a 1920s South Florida theme that Peterson said is featured at the condominium development. A tropical menu complemented tropical drinks, while a Caribbean-style band performed.

A drawing was held for prizes that included interior design services for a day; a getaway for two to Palm Beach, Fla.; and a set of golf clubs. About 200 people attended.

Boca Raton is a $400 million development at Las Vegas Boulvard and Serene Avenue. Planned amenities include concierge service, resort-style pools, fitness centers and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Four seven-story buildings will encompass 756 units, ranging from 593 to 2,300 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to $1 million.

A street name called ...

Pardee Homes advertises a new community called Alvarado near Las Vegas. I’m always curious about where street names come from in new communities.
